What information do I need to provide for a tax certificate?
To receive a valid tax certificate, abPSE must have the following donor information:
- Your full name
- Your complete address
- Your national ID number (mandatory since January 1, 2024). For legal entities or companies, this is the enterprise number.
Why is my national number required?
As of January 1, 2024, a new law requires donors to provide their national register number to receive a tax certificate (Law of 28/12/2023, Title 7, Art. 68).
This aims to ensure the correct tax deduction is applied to the right individual (in case of similar names, incorrect addresses, etc.).
