We were not allowed to make any mistakes. We had taken into our care children from impoverished families who had to accept loss of income through allowing their children to go to school. And now we could not risk committing them to a dead-end. We knew only too well, throughout the world, of low-grade trainings where youths tinkered with engines for 3 to 6 months, received a beautiful diploma, and then, disappointingly, could not find a job. p>
We did not want poor training for the poor, but the best for the poorest, because they only have their skills to find employment.

To achieve this goal we first had to conduct a market study to deterimine the future job requirements.
